Personal Peace Plan

Before we are born, whilst being born and for the rest of our lives, we are subjected to stress and trauma. It’s how we deal with that anxiety that builds the person we are today. Our brains are forever changing, forming new neural pathways, constantly learning new behaviours from our surroundings.

At all levels, our brain is a massive pattern-matching machine. This pattern-matching ability is going on both in our conscious mind and our subconscious all the time. It is key to our survival, and is particularly attuned to identifying danger.

However, sometimes it gets in the way. For instance when you were young you may have been chased round by an older child with a pretend spider and this would develop into a stress reaction, every time you saw a spider from then on. The part of our brain that deals with threats is called the Limbic System and it encodes negative experiences with an emotional charge. (In effect, it attaches a ‘red’ tag to the important incidents) When the memory comes across one of these emotional tags in a pattern match, it draws special attention to it and the stress mode is activated.

My Personal Peace Plan uses a combination of BWRT, EFT, NLP and Hypnosis, to discharge these emotional charges (Take the red tag off them), therefore leaving the memory, but removing the high emotion attached to them, thus reducing the amount of times the body goes into stress and reducing the dramatic effect it has on us.

It's everyone's birthright to be happy and this programme will leave you feeling happy, calm, relaxed and able to face any or all of life's problems in a much calmer and concise way.
