Please note that this 4 week program, (5 including the presentation), consists of one session per week, which will last approximately one hour. Each person taking part, must be able to commit to the full four weeks. For the best results this program should be done over a consecutive four week period and no week should be missed or delayed. The days and times for the group as a whole can be varied subject to availability, however should any individual of the group party wish to arrange a separate session any week, this can be arranged at an additional cost.
