During my service with The Derbyshire Constabulary I had my first experience of the power that the mind actually possesses. During a bad road traffic accident I had cause to single handedly lift a Ford Estate car off a trapped motorcyclist with no effort at all. From that moment on I was hooked on Hypnosis and the Power of the Mind.

Even after leaving the C.I.D, during my 20 years abroad in sales and management I was committed to research and studying of hypnosis. However, when I returned to the UK a few years back, my care for other people led me down a slightly different path and I began gaining numerous qualifications and a larger knowledge of both hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Parts Theory, NLP (Neurol Linguistic Programming) & EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). I now use a mixture of all of these methods in my practice, to ensure lasting results for my clients.

The best feeling that I can possibly get, is the life changes that I can make for other people. Whether it be turning the life of a suicidal person around and helping them regain their confidence in life, weight reduction in people who have been unable to lose weight before, or stopping a '60 a day' smoker overnight. The ability to assist people in ridding themselves of pain, fears, phobias, doubts, or to help them bring out the best in themselves is truly one of the most rewarding jobs I have ever had and I wouldn't change it for the world.
